The Turbofan E27M22 Double Stacked Convection Oven combines two E27M2 manual ovens in a compact, vertical system to maximise output without increasing floor space.
Each oven fits 2 full-size trays (460 x 660mm), providing a total of 4 trays across the stack – making it ideal for cafés, small restaurants, bakeries, and catering kitchens with limited space but consistent output requirements.
The fan-forced convection system ensures fast heat-up, even cooking, and dependable results, while the manual thermostat and timer controls offer simple, reliable operation. Built with stainless steel chambers, robust exteriors, and double-glazed doors, the E27M22 is engineered for long service life, hygiene, and efficiency.
