Will it cope with a hot kitchen or shopfront?
It is rated to hold temperature in surroundings up to 38°C, 50%RH. Keep it away from ovens and fryers, and leave airflow space around the vents so it is not working harder than it needs to.
How much maintenance does it need?
Day to day, very little: it defrosts automatically. Keep the condenser clean and check the door seals regularly.
Is there anything I should know before using it?
GN Pans not included. Pans and dividers must be fitted at all times. Cold Tops are holding units; the product needs to be pre-chilled to less than 5°C before filling the top section.
