The Peer Sorensen Rectangular Serving Platter is built for banquet, grazing and shared-table service. It measures 75 x 24 x 1.5cm, a 1.5cm profile. Rubberwood gives it the density to take daily knife work without scoring badly, and the grain pattern on every piece is its own.
Solid glued timber panel. Smooth finished surface with sealed edges; natural grain means no two pieces are identical.

Care
- Hand wash only – no soaking, no dishwasher. Dry it straight away and re-oil now and then with food-safe mineral oil
- A cut board that is oiled a few times a year will outlast one that is not, by years
- Never rest hot pans on the surface
