The Peer Sorensen Bamboo Small Chopping Board is built for everyday chopping and prep. It measures 30 x 20 x 2cm, a 2cm profile. Bamboo gives it the density to take daily knife work without scoring badly, and the grain pattern on every piece is its own.
Laminated bamboo – dense, cross-bonded fibres that keep water out. Smooth finished surface with sealed edges; natural grain means no two pieces are identical.

Care
- Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and stand upright to dry. Do not soak, and do not leave it sitting in water
- Scrape food off with a plastic or timber scraper rather than steel wool
- Keep it off hot trivets and out of direct sun, which is what splits a board
