French made, and the standard pan in professional kitchens for good reason. Carbone Plus is the classic French pattern - heavy gauge, riveted handle, built to outlast its owner.

- Never put carbon steel in a dishwasher - it will strip the seasoning and the pan will rust
- Dry immediately after washing and wipe with a little oil
- The pan darkens as it seasons - that patina is the non-stick surface
