Tablekraft dinnerware is one of the most-specified commercial crockery ranges in Australian hospitality — built for daily restaurant use with consistent stack heights, dishwasher-safe glazing and matched pieces across multiple ranges. Hospitality Connect stocks the full Tablekraft range — Core White, TK Black, Soho Stone, Artistica, Urban Loft — in box quantities of 3, 4, 6 and 12 to match restaurant ordering patterns.
Types of commercial cooktops
- Core White: The all-purpose restaurant white — coupe plates, walled lip plates, pasta plates, footed bowls. Versatile for any menu.
- TK Black: Matt black presentation pieces — plates, sauce dishes, oval platters. For modern fit-outs and contrast plate-up.
- Soho Stone: Earthy, slightly speckled finish for casual fine-dining and grain-bowl style menus.
- Artistica: Midnight Blue, hand-finished feel — for tapas and shared-plate venues.
- Urban Loft: Azure Blue and other coloured glazes for restaurants where the dinnerware is part of the brand.
Choosing pieces for your menu
- Round coupe plates 200/270mm: The everyday entrée and main plate. Walled lip variant for sauces.
- Pasta plates 225/270mm wide rim: Wide rim creates plate-up frame around the pasta.
- Round deep coupe bowls 205/225/255mm: For curries, ramen, sharing bowls and salad service.
- Footed bowls 150/160/200/210mm: Signature bowls for desserts and sides.
- Rectangular dishes 250/300mm: Tapas and shared plates.
- Oval platters 250/295mm: For mains presentation and shared meat or fish service.
Specifying quantities
Industry rule: 2.5 to 3 of each piece per cover, accounting for service rotation, dishwasher cycles and breakage. A 100-seat restaurant should hold 250-300 of each main piece. Don't under-order coupe plates and bowls — they're the fastest-moving SKUs and the ones you'll need to re-order soonest. Buy in box quantities (boxes of 3, 4 or 6) to keep stock movement clean.
Pair Tablekraft dinnerware with
Australian commercial hospitality covers a broad spectrum — quick-service chains, casual dining, fine dining restaurants, function and event centres, pubs and clubs, cafés, bakeries, hotels, aged-care kitchens, hospital food service, school canteens, government catering and the corporate function market. The right specification varies by venue type. We've supplied equipment to all of these, and that experience helps us flag when a piece of equipment is right-sized or when a different model would suit your throughput better.
All standard SKUs in this collection ship from our Melbourne warehouse, with freight to most metropolitan areas in 1–3 business days. Heavy and oversized items are dispatched on tail-lift trucks for ground-level delivery. We coordinate dispatch around your install date so equipment arrives when the kitchen is ready for it, not weeks ahead when it sits in the way. Trade accounts get consolidated freight pricing across multiple line items.
Match the table with Tablekraft cutlery, hi-balls and tumblers, and Peugeot mills for a consistent restaurant table look.
