Hospitality Connect lists 57 sauce bottles and dispensing items, covering squeeze bottles, caps, jugs, pitchers and servers, plus bar and food preparation accessories from Chef Inox, Simply Stainless and Prince Castle.
Choose a squeeze bottle by the cap and the opening. A fine tip cap gives a controlled line for plating and garnish, while a wider opening suits thicker sauces and faster refilling. Soft-walled bottles are easier on the hand through a long service, and clear bottles let staff see the level and the contents at a glance. Wide mouth bottles are quicker to fill and easier to clean out between products. Capacity matters too, because a bottle that empties mid-service costs more time than one that is slightly heavier to hold.
