The Dynamic range at Hospitality Connect covers 49 lines for commercial food preparation. It includes stick blenders, blender shafts, blender attachments, salad spinners and turbo liquidisers, across the Dynamix, Master and Junior series.
Choose a stick blender by the depth of the vessel it has to work in. The shaft must reach well below the surface of the product without the motor housing dipping into it, so a deep stockpot needs a longer shaft than a bench bowl. Shafts and attachments are listed separately, so a single power unit can be fitted for blending, whisking or pureeing as the job changes. A turbo liquidiser handles high-volume liquid work directly in the pot, which avoids decanting hot product into a jug.
