Cutlery care and longevity

• Pre-soak knives and forks separately — never store wet in cutlery cylinders, water trapped in handles causes rim corrosion.
• Use detergents rated below pH 12; stronger alkalis pit 18/10 over time and dull the satin finish.
• Polish with microfibre while still warm from the dishwasher to prevent water spotting on mirror finishes.
