Collection: Barista

A commercial espresso machine is built for continuous cafe service, with grouped brew heads and a steam boiler sized for back-to-back milk drinks. It differs from a domestic machine in duty cycle and recovery.

Count drinks in your busiest hour, not across the day. Two groups suit steady trade with one barista, while three groups let two baristas pour and steam together through a sustained rush without waiting on the machine.

Multi boiler means brew water and steam are heated in separate boilers, so brewing temperature is not pulled around by steam demand. It gives more control over extraction during busy milk service.

Allow for the machine width, a grinder beside it, and clear bench for the barista to work, knock out and stage cups. Power and plumbing positions need to suit that layout before the bench is built.
