Combining high-velocity impinged air with microwave assist, the i5 Touch reduces cook times by up to 10x compared to conventional ovens – making it perfect for busy commercial kitchens. With the ability to hold half-size and full-size sheet pans, it provides batch cooking flexibility for bakeries, restaurants, cafés, hotels, and catering operations.
Its touchscreen programmable interface allows chefs to store recipes, control cooking stages, and achieve repeatable results with ease. The ventless catalytic converter eliminates the need for an exhaust hood, providing flexibility in installation and reducing setup costs.
