The NW 1408 AS OX produces Scotsman's premium 22mm x 22mm x 22mm full dice cubes, weighing approximately 10g each, providing excellent cooling performance, minimal beverage dilution, and outstanding versatility for beverage service, food displays, healthcare applications, and hospitality operations.
The machine incorporates Scotsman's renowned XSafe® Natural Sanitation System and AgION® antimicrobial technology, continuously protecting the ice-making environment by reducing microbial growth and helping maintain crystal-clear, hygienic ice production. Combined with the proven vertical evaporator spray-system technology, the NW 1408 AS OX delivers exceptional ice clarity and production consistency.
As a modular head-only ice maker, the NW 1408 AS OX is designed to pair with Scotsman storage bins such as the NB 530 (243kg), NB 948, or UBH 1100, allowing operators to customise storage capacity to suit their operation.
