The NU 227 AS OX produces Scotsman's signature 22mm x 22mm x 22mm dice cubes, weighing approximately 10g per cube. These versatile cubes provide rapid cooling, excellent drink presentation, and are ideal for soft drinks, cocktails, blended beverages, food displays, and hospitality service applications.
Advanced hygiene protection is provided through AgION® antimicrobial technology and the integrated XSafe® Natural Sanitation System, which continuously inhibits microbial growth and helps maintain clean, hygienic ice production. Combined with Scotsman's proven vertical evaporator spray-system technology, the machine consistently produces pure, transparent ice cubes while reducing maintenance requirements.
