The MXG M 437 AS OX produces Scotsman's renowned Medium Gourmet Ice Cubes, measuring 30mm diameter x 34mm high and weighing approximately 20g per cube. These premium crystal-clear cubes melt slowly, reduce beverage dilution, and enhance drink presentation, making them ideal for cocktails, spirits, premium beverages, and upscale hospitality environments.
Advanced hygiene protection is provided through AgION® antimicrobial technology and the integrated XSafe® Natural Sanitation System, which continuously works to inhibit microbial growth and maintain superior ice quality. Combined with Scotsman's horizontal evaporator spray-system technology, the machine consistently produces pure, transparent gourmet ice cubes.
As a modular head-only ice maker, the MXG M 437 AS OX is designed to pair with compatible Scotsman storage bins including the NB 393 (178kg storage) or NB 530 (243kg storage), allowing operators to customise storage capacity to suit site requirements.
