The Peer Sorensen iBlock Intelligent Block Empty is built for storing knives of any shape safely on the bench. It measures 28 x 12.6 x 26cm. Acacia hardwood gives it the density to take daily knife work without scoring badly, and the grain pattern on every piece is its own.
Solid acacia body with an internal bed of flexible polypropylene strands. No fixed slots – the strands close around a blade wherever you push it in; keeps edges off timber so knives stay sharper for longer; presented in a gift box.
