Scratch, stain, chip and fade resistant, rated to 110°C, and light enough to carry a full buffet service - which is why cafes, food courts, aged care and catering operations run on it.

- Not microwave safe and not oven safe. Melamine is heat-reactive: heating it damages the product and its structural integrity. Serve hot food on it, but never heat food in it

- Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals, which dull the gloss
