The Hobart Profi AMXT is a commercial hood-type dishwasher featuring double rack capacity, engineered for medium to large-volume catering operations. Built with Hobart's renowned German engineering, it delivers consistent, hygienic wash results for plates, glassware, cutlery, and utensils.
Key Features
- Double rack system allows two racks to be washed simultaneously for maximum throughput
- Double interior space for double capacity: With the PROFI double rack hood-type dishwasher it is possible to wash two racks simultaneously.
- Double rack hood-type dishwasher for straight through or corner operation
- Nominal capacity up to 120 racks/h or 2,160 plates/h or 4,320 glasses/h
- 4 wash cycles - 60, 90, 180 seconds & continuous (max. 20 mins)
- Hygiene programme: for removal of calcium carbonate and other deposits from wash chamber
- Multi-Setting: booster capacity may be reduced from 12.4 kW to 6.2 kW if connected with hot water
- Heat and noise insulated hood
- Strainer soil sensor
- Refill signal (detergent / rinse aid)
