The Hobart Premax FPC-10C is a commercial undercounter dishwasher with Cutlery Premium technology featuring premium cutlery washing with polishing-free results. The innovative system delivers up to 80 pieces of clean, shiny cutlery per cycle without manual polishing.
Key Features
- Front door glass and dishwasher with optional double rack system
- Nominal capacity up to 45 racks/h or 810 plates/h or 1,620 glasses/h
- Nominal capacity with double rack: up to 90 racks/h (45 plate racks + 45 glass/cup racks)
- 4 wash cycles - 80, 150, 150 (ECO 0.8 litres) seconds plus Cutlery 360 seconds
- Hygiene programme: for removal of calcium carbonate and other deposits from wash chamber
- Multi-setting: easy switchable from 415 V to 240 V on site
- Ready to install - completely equipped: fill / drain hose, power cord (415 V connection), detergent dispenser, rinse aid dispenser, rinse pump, drain pump and back-flow preventer
- Tank, frame, rinse arm and panels are stainless steel 1.4301
