Elementry Single Mobile Plate Lowerator (DR-1E)
A lowerator keeps the top plate at serving height as the stack goes down, so staff are not bending into a cabinet mid-service. 60 to 80 plates up to 300mm, held between 50°C and 80°C.

- Self-levelling stack keeps the top plate at the same height all the way down
- Takes plates up to 300mm diameter; capacity varies with plate thickness
- Adjustable 50°C to 80°C
- Castor mounted, so it moves to the pass or the buffet
- Stainless steel throughout, so it wipes down and holds up to daily service
- Warm plates are the cheapest way to keep a main course at temperature between pass and table
