The CB6-B is equipped with two powerful 9kW aluminised U-burners delivering a total output of 18kW (66MJ/hr), providing excellent heat recovery and cooking performance during peak service periods. The reversible cast iron grates can be positioned flat or inclined to reduce flare-ups and improve grease runoff, ensuring superior grilling results while simplifying cleaning and maintenance.
Constructed from stainless steel with lift-out grates, radiants, burners, and baffles, the unit is designed for quick cleaning and long-term commercial durability. Continuous pilot ignition, flame failure protection, and piezo ignition provide safe and reliable operation.
