Whether you're slicing carrots, shredding cabbage or dicing potatoes, the Apuro continuous feed veg prep machine is a true workhorse in the pro kitchen. Designed to significantly reduce your prep time, the processor quickly shreds through a wide variety of ingredients exactly as you need with less mess and less fuss.
With a 550W single speed motor this prep machine is immensely powerful, allowing you to easily cut through ingredients. Constructed with aluminium this Apuro veg prep machine provides a high durability that allows it to withstand continuous use in commercial settings.
Supplied with a pusher, brush and 5x grating and slicing discs as standard allows you to start prepping straight away. The disc design makes assembling the prep machine and quick and easy task. And once you're all done, the machine is quick and easy to clean, ready for the next use.
Please note: not suitable for very soft vegetables or onions.
