Powerful and compact, the twin tank, twin basket three litre Apuro countertop fryer is the perfect appliance for low demand sites or kitchens with limited space. Designed to be easy to use yet versatile, the fryer lets you produce deliciously crispy fried foods with ease, thanks to its dual powerful 2kW elements and simple dial thermostat controls.
The Apuro fryer features a strong, commercial stainless steel design which is not only highly durable - it's also easy to clean as the whole fryer can be disassembled quickly. The fryer also includes a handy lid as standard - helping to extend the lifespan of the oil by protecting the pan whilst the fryer is not in use. And as the fryer is lightweight and compact, it's a great choice for taking on the road for demo or pop-up cooking. Its compact size also makes it easy to store away when required.
