With its powerful independent 2.8kW elements and large 5 litre oil tanks, the fryer offers a generous cooking capacity, making it a great option for frying multiple portions of different foods at the same time.
Stainless steel construction throughout ensures the fryer is exceptionally durable and easy to clean. And thanks to the independent dial temperature controls, it's easy to use too. The addition of the built-in digital timer helps you achieve the same cooking results every time - essential for reducing food waste and delivering consistently-cooked menu items, no matter who is doing the cooking. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lids help to protect the oil until the next cook.
Please note: each tank has a separate power lead.
