When required, the tray is easy to remove for emptying or cleaning. And when it comes to practicality, the Apuro also includes built-in side splash guards - protecting surrounding areas from the potential mess caused by shallow frying food.
Cleaning and maintenance of the griddle is easy too, thanks to strong stainless steel construction and its simple flat design that allow you to remove food debris and oil in seconds.
