Fitted with fast recovery fixed heating elements to ensure ongoing safety throughout operation.
Cooking Capacity:
Approximately 50kg of frozen 10mm fries or 58kg of frozen French-cut fries per hour.
Construction:
Tank: Stainless steel construction for durability.
Cabinet: Stainless steel front, door & sides, galvanized back.
Heating Element Design:
Fixed immersed heating element design for efficient cooking.
Digital Control:
4-channel digital control is standard on all Anets Platinum fryers.
