A glass wash rack holds glassware in individual compartments through a commercial glasswasher cycle, so glasses do not touch or tip. The same rack then carries and stores the clean glasses, which cuts double handling behind the bar.

A rack extender is an open-sided frame that sits on a base glass wash rack to increase its height. It lets an existing rack take taller stemware without buying a completely new rack for each glass shape.

Compartment size is set by the glass, not the rack. Measure the widest point and the height of your tallest glass, then choose a rack whose compartments clear both so glasses sit upright without rim-to-rim contact.

A flatware rack is a compartmented basket for washing cutlery in a commercial dishwasher. Knives, forks and spoons stand in separate pockets so each piece is exposed on all sides to the wash and rinse cycle.

Yes. Trolleys in the Unica range are made to carry stacked glass wash racks between the bar, the wash area and storage. Moving full racks on a trolley avoids unloading and reloading glassware at every point.
