Black Friday Free Delivery

1. Eligibility

Free kerbside delivery applies to qualifying orders placed during the advertised Black Friday promotional period. The offer is valid on:

• Refrigeration equipment (excluding deli display cabinets and ice cream or gelato display cabinets)
• Ice machines
• Dishwashers
• Cooking equipment
• Smallware orders of $500 (incl. GST) or more in a single transaction
• Biopak packaging orders of $500 (incl. GST) or more in a single transaction

All items must be in stock at the time of ordering to qualify. Confirmation of stock is subject to final verification by Hospitality Connect (HC) staff.

If stock becomes unavailable between ordering and order processing, HC reserves the right to cancel the free delivery eligibility and/or cancel the order, with liability limited to refunding the product price paid.

2. Delivery Area

Free delivery is available to metro Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane only.

Kerbside delivery means goods are delivered to the nearest accessible point at street level. Drivers are not required to bring items inside, upstairs or onto private property beyond the kerbside boundary.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Stairs, steep driveways or difficult access
• Inside delivery or placement
• Uncrating, assembly or installation
• Use of specialised equipment (pallet jack, tail lift limitations, etc.)

HC and its carriers accept no liability for damage to property (including driveways, pavements or gates) resulting from difficult or complex access. Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable kerbside accessibility.

3. Order Conditions

• Offer applies to in-stock items only, while stocks last.
• Backorders, indent items or special orders may be excluded or attract standard freight charges.
• Standard delivery lead times apply and may vary based on location and product availability.
• Multiple orders cannot be combined to reach the minimum spend thresholds for smallwares or Biopak.

If an order is initially processed under free delivery but is later found to be ineligible (including incorrect address, product exclusions or non-metro locations), HC may charge the standard freight cost prior to dispatch or cancel the order.

4. Exclusions

Free delivery does not apply to:

• Deli display cabinets
• Ice cream or gelato display cabinets
• Rural or regional deliveries outside metro Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
• After-hours, weekend or time-specific delivery requests
• Backorders or special-order items

5. Limitations

This promotion:

• Cannot be used together with any other delivery, freight or free-shipping offer unless otherwise stated
• Cannot be applied to orders placed outside the Black Friday promotional period
• May be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice

6. General

All orders are subject to our standard Terms of Trade, including warranty, returns and delivery policies.

Hospitality Connect reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit or withdraw the promotion for any fair and reasonable cause, including but not limited to suspected misuse, inaccurate or incomplete order information, repeated or excessive claims, freight limitations, site safety concerns or any factor that makes the delivery unreasonable or impractical.
