Direct Shipping and Special Orders

Because we work directly with leading suppliers, not everything listed online is kept in our showroom.

We either ship directly from the supplier or order stock in for you to keep costs low and access the widest range of products.

  • Equipment deliveries in metro areas usually arrive within 2–3 business days.
  • Smallware orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days.

We work hard to keep our website updated with stock availability, but sometimes suppliers don’t provide real-time updates. If in doubt, just reach out — we’re always happy to confirm stock for you.

Commercial and Domestic Kitchens (Excludes Domestic Appliances)

We supply everything you need for a professional kitchen — whether you’re setting up a café, restaurant, catering business, or even a high-end home kitchen.

(Please note: we don’t sell standard domestic appliances like home fridges or washing machines.)

Our showroom is based in Penrith, NSW, and is open to the public five days a week.
