The Valoriani OT100 Pizza Oven is the most compact model in the OT series, designed for boutique restaurants, small pizzerias, and catering kitchens that want authentic Neapolitan performance in a smaller footprint. With its 1000mm internal chamber, it can bake 3–4 pizzas at once, making it ideal for operators who need reliability without sacrificing space.
Handcrafted in Italy with a refractory dome and cooking floor, the OT100 delivers consistent performance and excellent heat retention. Reaching 500°C, it cooks true Neapolitan pizzas in just 90 seconds, with crisp bases, airy crusts, and smoky flavour.
Available in wood-fired, gas-fired, or hybrid configurations, the OT100 provides flexibility while remaining compliant with AVPN standards for authentic Neapolitan pizza.
