With its 1800mm internal chamber, it can bake up to 16 pizzas simultaneously, making it the perfect oven for busy restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, and catering kitchens.
Handcrafted in Italy, the IGLOO180 features a durable refractory dome and cooking floor, ensuring superior heat retention and even distribution. Its decorative Igloo-style exterior can be customised to match your venue’s design, turning the oven into both a powerhouse and a showpiece.
Reaching up to 500°C, this oven produces true Neapolitan pizzas in just 90 seconds, with crisp bases, airy crusts, and traditional wood-fired flavour. Available in wood, gas, or hybrid fuel configurations, it offers flexibility without compromising authenticity.
