The Valoriani GR100 Pizza Oven is the most compact model in the GR professional oven series, designed for restaurants and boutique pizzerias that want authentic Neapolitan performance in a smaller footprint. With its 1000mm internal chamber, the GR100 can bake 3–4 pizzas simultaneously, making it a great choice for venues with limited space but high standards.
Handmade in Italy using premium refractory materials, the GR100 ensures durability, exceptional heat retention, and even distribution. Reaching 500°C, it cooks true Neapolitan pizzas in just 90 seconds, with crisp bases, airy crusts, and smoky flavour.
Available in wood-fired, gas-fired, or hybrid configurations, the GR100 offers flexibility for different kitchen needs while maintaining AVPN-standard authenticity.
