This unit can blast chill from +70°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes or shock freeze from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes, ensuring HACCP compliance while preserving the texture, flavour, and nutritional value of food.
Equipped with a digital control panel and core temperature probe, the DO10 guarantees precision. Built from stainless steel and featuring an automatic defrost system, self-closing insulated door, and internal LED lighting, it’s both durable and easy to operate in demanding environments.
