Featuring a 32” wide conveyor belt and 40” long cooking chamber, it provides excellent cooking capacity while saving space.
Powered by electric forced-air impingement technology, the XLT 3240 delivers rapid and even heat transfer, reducing bake times and ensuring consistency across pizzas, flatbreads, sandwiches, and bakery products. Its single stack design offers strong output with the flexibility to add additional stacks as production grows.
