Bain Marie Hot Cupboard: Equipped with CH.BMH.U bain marie hot cupboard.
Island Bench Top: Complete with an island bench top.
A-frame Heated Gantry: Includes an A-frame heated gantry, which is welded to the bench top.
Gantry Construction:
Material: Gantry is constructed from 304-grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish.
Glass Ends: 6mm toughened glass ends for durability and visibility.
Heating and Illumination:
Overhead Heat Lamps: Overhead Quartz Infrared (IR) heat lamps provide both heat and illumination to the products displayed below.
Controls:
Individual On/Off Switches: Separate switches to operate the bain marie and overhead gantry heat lamps on the Bain Marie body.
Optional Extras:
Front Glass, Sliding Doors, and Sneeze Guards: Optional extras that can be added at the time of order and fitted in the factory or ordered separately for fitting by the customer.
Stainless Steel Work Shelf: Optional extra with fold-down brackets, can be added at the time of ordering and factory-fitted during manufacture.
