Bain Marie and Gantry Unit:
Components: Comes complete with CH.BM.U bain marie, a drop-in bench top, and an A-frame heated gantry.
Integration: The gantry is welded to the bench top for stability.
Installation: Designed to be installed into a cutout in a new or existing bench top for simple and cost-effective installation.
Heating and Illumination:
Quartz IR Heat Lamps: Overhead Quartz Infrared (IR) heat lamps provide both heat and illumination to the products displayed below.
Gantry Features:
Toughened Glass Ends: The A-frame gantry comes with 6mm toughened glass ends for durability and visibility.
Sliding Doors: Front glass sliding doors are available as optional extras. They can be added at the time of order and fitted in the factory or ordered separately for easy fitting by the customer.
Sneeze Guards: Sneeze guards can also be added as optional extras for enhanced hygiene and customer protection.
